Washington photographer Tom Sanders captures an Anna's Hummingbird as it feeds from a flower. Native plants often visited and pollinated by hummers include columbine, lupine, foxglove, currant or gooseberry (ribes), monkey flower, and penstemon. But Anna's are happy to take advantages of common garden flowers like daylilies, impatiens, and petunias.
