Illustrator David Sibley and actor H. Jon Benjamin will face off in the bird illustration battle of the century during BirdNote's Year-end Celebration and Auction!
A few summers ago, photographer Gregg Thompson followed a Black Oystercatcher family near the Tsawwassen Ferry dock outside of Vancouver, British Columbia. The young (usually 2 or 3) are born ready to go. They are able to leave the nest as soon as their down dries after hatching. Look at the way they change as they grow!
