"A very relaxed fledgling Merlin. I noticed some feathers next to him/her on the log, judging by it's feathers I think that they may have belonged to a warbler but I'm not sure. The little falcon seemed quite content there on that fallen tree, I wonder if it had made the kill itself or was it brought to him/her by one of it's parents?! I'd like to think that the little one caught this one itself."
