I have been a Lightkeeper with the Canadian Coast Guard for 40 years, living on the Bay of Fundy, in Southwest New Brunswick.
I dabbled with 35mm photography, mostly wildlife, and that evolved into more serious work with the advent of digital cameras.
Birding is just a part of my overall, life-long interest in the natural world that has always surrounded me, but my work has given me many unique birding opportunities.
I would rate the Raven as my single most favourite bird but all species have their special appeal.
