Brianna Amingwa

Brianna Amingwa, affectionately known as ‘Ranger Bri,’ is a visionary environmental educator and the founder of Deeply Rooted Outdoor Education. With nearly 13 years of leadership at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, culminating in her role as the National Coordinator of Youth Employment and Environmental Education. Brianna has spent her career bridging the gap between urban communities and the natural world. From her roots as a "city kid" to becoming a renowned environmental educator, Brianna’s work is deeply personal. She leverages her expertise in culturally responsive and trauma-informed teaching to ensure everyone can find connection and comfort in nature.
