Tom is founder and CEO of Livingston Associates, a full-service staffing, strategy and consulting service to public media organizations. A specialty of Tom’s is serving as interim CEO of public media organizations, currently St. Louis Public Radio. Tom is a certified Meyers-Briggs trainer and experienced executive coach. He served as general manager for three public media organizations, including WETA-FM in Washington, DC. Tom has had a variety of board leadership roles, including chair of the Public Media Business Association and vice-chair of the NPR board.
