David A. Rodríguez is a nature guide and biologist with an emphasis on ecology and sustainable development. His passion is spending time immersed in the forest to enjoy all of its natural beauty, especially birds. When he was five years old, growing up in Costa Rica, his father showed him a Resplendent Quetzal close to its nest – that was the moment when his interest was awakened. Over the years it grew, until birding became a passion that he enjoys in every free moment.
David says, “In my opinion, to show Nature’s treasures through photographs is a good way for encouraging conservation and environmental education. It also just makes me a very happy person, being able to show and share the treasures of Mother Nature."
