Andy Bright

Andy Bright is a bird photographer from London, England. His interest in birds stems from an elderly neighbour when he was about seven years old. Andy started bird photography in the mid-1980s. One of the original digiscopers from late 1990s, he was instrumental in publicizing the method in the U.K via a series of articles and booklets for the two main birding magazines in the U.K, namely Birdwatch and Birdwatching magazines. He’s taught digiscoping privately and at numerous weekend seminars in the U.K., and is now exclusively using conventional photographic equipment, Canon pro bodied dslrs and lenses up to 600mm.

Andy is the administrator of www.Birdforum.net, the world's largest website community for those with a love of wild birds, dealing with over 100,000 members.
